Enter in your email
The first thing you’ll be asked to do is enter your email address. Use a professional-sounding email address that you frequently check, as this is where they’ll contact you with status updates.
Build your profile
You’ll need to create a profile in the job application system. You can sign in with Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, or Microsoft, and the system will try to pull all this information from those existing profiles.
If you’re applying to be a Hooters Girl, you’ll need to upload a picture. If you have a professional headshot or modeling picture, use that, otherwise just make sure it’s a flattering photo, preferably one that shows at least half your body.

You can include volunteer work, professional or social organizations, professional accomplishments, or anything else you think will give you an edge over the competition.
Employment experience
The next section will ask you to provide your job history for the past five years, or the last three employers (if you’ve had less than three employers in the last five years). Fill out this information as accurately as you can.

Business or professional references
You’ll be asked to provide three references. These should be direct supervisors, project managers, or colleagues who you’ve worked closely with and who have a high opinion of you.
